Weekly Crime update

Dear Residents of Bilston & East Park,

My apologies for not sending a message for the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately this was due to us having to support other emergency services on the Stourbridge fire scene.

Here’s a quick round up as to what your local Neighbourhood police team have been getting up to between 18th August & 23rd August 2026:

•   We continue to seek those riding motorcycles off and on road, without the official documents, so if you have any information or intelligence on this problem, please feel free to message me via this system.

The PC'S where busy assisting with response They had a good result where a prolific shoplifter they've previously arrested who was jailed for 52 weeks.

Also they arrested a person for breach of court bail conditions.

The PCSO'S, have been dealing mainly with ASB non crime numbers and along with Police officers have attended the “Love your Community” fete at Eastfield Methodist Church, Brooklands parade, interacting with the public. 

•   In both Bilston and East Park there were 3 vehicle crimes, 1 burglary and 7 theft from shops and 5 thefts other recorded.

 Naturally our team want to ensure all victims are updated and that various methods of policing continue. We also ask all of you to please double check your locks and keep vehicles in well-lit areas when you are able.
